✅ Accepted Only If:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The item is damaged or broken
- A product or item is missing from your order
❌ Not Accepted For:
- Size issues
- Personal dislike of color or style
- If the product is used or tag is removed
- Returns raised after 5 days of delivery
🕐 Time Frame
- Raise a request within 5 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
🔄 Refund Policy
- No monetary refund will be issued.
- Only replacement of the same product (if available) will be provided.
